Depending on your enquiry, the information may include your name, email address, telephone number, job title, organisation, programme requirements, professional objectives and anything else you choose to include in your message.
Basic technical information may also be processed by the website host for security, reliability and abuse prevention, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access.
If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics processes limited usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, traffic source, link interactions and time of access. Form answers and contact details are not sent to Google Analytics.
3. How the enquiry forms work
When you submit an enquiry form, the details are transmitted securely to the website, recorded as a protected enquiry record and emailed to Tarryn's Google Workspace inbox. The website displays a confirmation and reference number only after the submission has been received.
4. Why information is used

Google Workspace, Google Analytics, the website host and the transactional email provider may process information outside South Africa under their own safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
6. Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service relationship, legal obligations and legitimate record-keeping. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Cookies and measurement
This website uses Google Analytics 4 only after a visitor accepts optional analytics. Google Analytics may place first-party cookies, including cookies beginning with _ga, to distinguish visits and prepare aggregated usage reports.
When a genuine enquiry is successfully received and a reference number is issued, the website may record a generate_lead event and the general enquiry pathway used. The visitor's name, email address, telephone number, message, form answers and enquiry reference are not sent to Google Analytics.
You may reject optional analytics without affecting the website or enquiry forms. You may also change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Analytics settings” in the website footer. Essential hosting and security technologies may still operate regardless of that choice.
8. Your rights
Subject to POPIA, you may ask whether your personal information is held, request access or correction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, request deletion where appropriate or lodge a complaint. A request may require reasonable identity verification.
